Sanpee User Agreement

Welcome to Sanpee! Before you start using our mobile application (hereinafter called “Sanpee”, “the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), please take a moment to read through this User Agreement (“Agreement”, “Terms”). By downloading, accessing, or using Sanpee, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using Sanpee right away.

1. Eligibility to Access

Age Requirement

To register and use Sanpee, you must be 17 years old or above. When you access the App, you are confirming that you meet this age requirement.

Account-Related Responsibilities

When creating an account on Sanpee, you commit to:

· Keep your login information secure

· Take full responsibility for all actions carried out under your account

2. Usage Rights and Prohibitions

License for Sanpee Use

Sanpee provides you with a limited, non-transferable, personal license to use the App only for personal, non-commercial activities that conform to the platform's intended use.

Usage Restrictions

When using Sanpee, you agree not to:

· Break any relevant laws

· Make attempts to interfere with our App's infrastructure

· Access other users' accounts without permission

· Decompile, modify, or exploit Sanpee’s systems and features

Any violation of these terms may lead to the suspension or termination of your account.

3. AI-Driven Elements

Content Nature

Sanpee may have AI-generated dialogues and content that are aimed at increasing user engagement and promoting creativity.

Accuracy Disclaimer

Please note that AI-generated responses might not always be up-to-date, accurate, or factual. Sanpee Team does not guarantee the truthfulness or completeness of any information generated by AI.

4. Data Usage and Privacy

Privacy Policy

We respect your data privacy and handle data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found within the App and on our website.

Data Protection

We use reasonable technical means to protect data, but we cannot guarantee complete security in all circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All aspects of the Sanpee platform, such as logos, code, visual elements, and the App's logic, belong solely to Sanpee Team or its partners. Unauthorized use of these is not allowed.

6. Disclaimers and Liability Limits

No Warranty Statement

Sanpee is offered “as is”, without any guarantees regarding its performance or continuous availability.

Liability Limitation

Sanpee Team will not be responsible for:

· Loss of information

· Interruptions in service

· Indirect or resulting damages caused by using the App

7. Modifications and Account Closure

Term Amendments

We have the right to change these Terms. You will be notified through in-app messages or email. Continuing to use Sanpee after the changes means you accept the new Terms.

Account Termination

We may suspend or close accounts in the following situations:

· You violate these Terms

· Illegal behavior is discovered

· We are required by law to do so

8. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the jurisdiction where Sanpee Team is legally registered. Any disputes or claims related to these Terms will be settled through the local legal system.
